Welcome to Killington Mountain View, our renovated three bedroom (counting
loft), two bathroom Trail Creek loft. This beautiful top floor condo is
located right next to Killington Resort and offers ski home access during the
peak ski season. As you enter the spacious condo, you’ll find a large mudroom
with 12-port boot dryer system, primary bedroom with king bed and ensuite
bath, second bedroom with king bed, additional bathroom, spacious living room
with fireplace (free firewood provided), dining room with seating for six,
laundry, and fully equipped kitchen on the main floor. Head upstairs to the
loft where you’ll find additional sleeping with two twin beds. Tastefully
decorated with many thoughtful touches, you’ll enjoy high-speed Internet,
smart TVs throughout, games, AC for summer, and much more. You may not want to
go out! The Trail Creek Activity Center features pool, hot tubs, sauna,
exercise equipment and game room. We can’t wait to host you and your group.
• We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times
depending on other bookings and holiday periods. Guaranteed early check in or
late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• We have smart locks for contactless check in. Your unique access code will
be sent the week of your arrival.
• Pack ’n play and high chair available upon request. (Please let us know in
advance.)
• Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping. You may only smoke or
vape outside and 75 feet away from the building. Please properly dispose of
all butts.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We may use Minut, smart home technology
that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond
to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy
compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please
ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do
anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
• For your safety & ours, we have a doorbell camera at the entryway to the
condo.
• Pets are not allowed. There will be a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets.
• You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
• The Activity Center at our condo features an indoor saltwater pool, sauna,
hot tubs, exercise equipment and game room. Hours are 10am to 10pm.
• The shuttle service to the resort leaves every 15 minutes outside the condo
from Thanksgiving to mid-March on Saturdays and Sundays only. There is no
shuttle midweek, but we are only 1/3 mile from Snowshed Lodge.
• Free firewood is available in the wood racks outside each building.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and
recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel
drive and winter tires are also recommended.
• We welcome families and occupants over the age of 25. We have a strict rule
of no parties, large groups or events at this property.
