Villa Panizzi is a splendid farmhouse in San Gimignano, the renowned village in the heart of the Chianti, Tuscany.
Recently renovated, it offers all amenities, and is furnished in characteristic, rustic, country style. The property consists of the main villa (with 3 bedrooms) and an annex a few meters away (with 1 bedroom): the two parts are rented together. Thanks to its 4 bedrooms and common spaces, it can accommodate up to 8 people.
Outside, guests have exclusive use of a beautiful garden and pool for relaxing in privacy during the summer days. There is a barbecue area furnished with table and chairs for dining outside while taking in the marvelous panoramic view of the Tuscan hills and surrounding countryside.
The Chianti area is famous for its wine, food, art and history. This house is the ideal base for exploring characteristic medieval villages like Volterra, Radda in Chianti, Certaldo, and Castelfiorentino; as well as art cities such as Siena, Florence, Pisa and Lucca, all within easy reach by car.
