Unique villa rental situated in Arezzo surroundings in an ancient hamlet dating back to the 12th century.
This villa offers a large fenced-in 2500 square-meter garden and a beautiful private pool. This property has been recently restored and turned into a welcoming country house providing nicely furnished interiors and large outdoor areas equipped with table, sofas and a hammock. The renting of Villa Capolona includes the whole property offering a main villa sleeping 14 people, a smaller unit accessible from the villa courtyard and accommodating extra 4 people and a large shared area with spacious living areas (fireplace and table tennis) and a kitchen. This property is ideal for family reunions and large groups (up to 18 people).
The property, thanks to its spacious interiors and its large exteriors, guarantees a pleasure and safe stay. All the areas, including the swimming pool, are carefully sanitized and sterilized for the health and tranquility of guests.
The beautiful town of Arezzo is 17 km away and it is easily accessible by train (a local railroad with a small 2-coach train connecting the village of Stia to Arezzo passes approx. 100 m from the villa).
At guests’ disposal: large garden, private swimming-pool (12 x 8 m - depth 1,5 m), outdoor areas furnished with tables and sofas, barbecue area, large shared room with table tennis, fireplace, kitchen accessible from the villa courtyard.
Distances: Capolona with general stores 3 km away, Arezzo (train station with daily trains to Rome and Florence) 17 km, the charming town of Cortona 45 km away, Siena 80 km, Florence 90 km away, the renowned Chianti area with its beautiful small towns and villages is in a 70-90 km drive.
