Beautiful independent villa with pool, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, situated on the hills behind the Versilia coastline , in a property extending for about 8000 sq. This charming villa, surrounded by ancient olive groves, is in peaceful location and offers extensive views over the Versilia coastline. The owner a famous interior designer, has recently restored this property and turned it into a charming private villa that can accomodate 6/8 guests . The location is ideal to enjoy the tranquillity of the Tuscan landscape and at the same time to be in easy reach of Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi offering nice beaches, restaurants, night life and shopping facilities.
Inside, the villa spreads over two different floors: the entrance is on the ground floor and leads to a large, comfortable and bright living room equipped with a fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player, and Play Station ; on the same floor there are two large double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and access to a charming covered panoramic terrace, from which you can admire the surrounding Versilia landscape.
On the basement floor there is a fully equipped kitchen (with oven, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster) with fireplace, a dining area with satellite TV, an air-conditioned double bedroom with private bathroom and a small room carved out of the rock with a double sofa bed (suitable for children)
The villa is part of a large property of about 8000 square metres and is immersed in a beautiful, well-kept garden with lush trees and an enchanting olive grove, typical of this part of Tuscany. The garden offers a beautiful private swimming pool, excellent for spending summer days in total privacy , an excellent alternative to the Versilia beach.
Distances: Pietrasanta (all kinds of shops), famous for its art galleries and studios of sculptors of worldwide fame, is 3 km away, Viareggio 12 km, Forte dei Marmi 10 km, Pisa (airport) about 50 km away. The last 650 metres of road to the house have some bends but once you get to the villa, peace and quiet is guaranteed!
At guests’ disposal: large private garden furnished with garden furniture and beautiful panoramic terraces overlooking the surrounding landscape, beautiful, irregular-shaped swimming-pool (circa 10 x 4,5 m - min. depth 0,9 m - max. depth 2,2 m), shaded area with table, chairs, fridge and sink.
