The Neighborhood: Our property is located in Kato Verga just 1km to the nearest beach and within short distance to numerous others. In the neighbourhood (within 1km) you will find a really nice grill restaurant, gas station, bakery and a café, as well as bars and clubs for an unforgettable nightlife. There is also a grocery shop (3km) and a full size super market (4.5km) nearby. The area features many beautiful beaches, ranging from rocky to sandy, there is one for every taste! Some suggestions are Almyros beach (1.3km), Mikri Mantineia (2.4km), the long sandy beach of Kalamata (4km), and Santova beach (7km). Kalamata is also a city with many annual cultural events, as well as a very intense nightlife with incredible entertainment options.
