The Joy Apartment complex is Lorne’s newest and most impressive collection of self-contained beach front apartments. Completed in December 2019 under the guidance of well-known local architect Lachlan Shepperd, each apartment has been meticulously designed, renovated, furnished and finally styled.
Features such as wool carpeted bedrooms, MCM house designer furniture, hand laid mosaics, polished timber floors, pendant lighting & Belling Ovens are just the beginning.
Located in arguably the best beachfront location in town, all apartments (excluding studio) take in spectacular ocean views from the decks and open plan living rooms. Central to all shops and amenities, and directly opposite the Lorne Sea Baths precinct, the Joy Apartments leave little to be desired when it comes to ease of access. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
