This home is located in a vey quiet neighborhood just NW of the N Hayden Rd & E Sweetwater Ave intersection in Central Scottsdale. Just minutes from the 101 loop, Kierland Commons, Talking Stick Entertainment area and Old Town Scottsdale. NOTE: Pool Heat is optional and requires a $75/night ($400/week) Pool Heat Fee. Payment & request must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to ensure the pool will be heated at arrival. Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in. For liability purposes, only registered guests are allowed overnight. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party Policy. The City of Scottsdale takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms. A ring doorbell camera is installed to monitor REAL occupancy and for emergency situations only. There are also cameras placed to monitor the exterior side access gates and front of the residence. Property includeds multiple Minut noise alert monitoring systems in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception.
