Prior to your reservation, please note the following information: • As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. Please do not make further travel plans until your reservation has been confirmed. • A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details. • A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure. A luxury 5 bedroom villa overlooking the village of Saint Paul de Vence with heated infinity pool, high end interiors with air-conditioning and wonderful outdoor living areas. This recently renovated and fully refurbished villa offers 5 luxurious ensuite bedrooms. Each bedroom is spacious, newly fitted and offers high end accommodation. There are extensive living spaces both inside and out that create the ideal holiday setting. The villa is fully air-conditioned and offers a large and fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor. The kitchen has been equipped by three enthusiastic cooks with great equipment, great knives, a fabulous range cooker - everything you need to make life easy if you decide to eat at the villa. The kitchen connects to the living room and the dining room. Both these rooms open up to the exteriors. The spacious living room with its extra large sofa arranged in front of the open fire, are the ideal setting for some quiet time to relax. On the garden level a large double room with ensuite bathroom can be found. This floor also offers a gym room with billiard table and a seperate TV den with a Playstation 5. There are also many boards games, Scrabble, Wingspan, Trivial Pursuit etc, luxury backgammon board, bidding boxes and high quality cards for bridge players. On the first floor, four large double bedrooms, all with king size beds (one can be made up as a twin), can be found each with their ensuite bath or shower room. The villa offers various dining areas (terrace, dining room and summer kitchen) all of which can easily seat 10 and there multiple outdoor cooking options - gas BBQ and Ooni pizza oven. Ideal for relaxing al fresco lunches or dinners. The beautiful infinity pool can be heated, has a jet and is securely fenced for small children. There are various comfortable outdoor living areas where guests will enjoy the breathaking views of St Paul de Vence on the hill opposite. There are bluetooth Sonos speakers in all bedrooms, kitchen and living room plus an additional portable bluetooth speaker. To finalize, there are two desks and super high speed wifi, ample car parking and a table tennis table available.
