On 117 m² of exclusive living space can accommodate up to 8 people. The stylish penthouse has four bedrooms: three with box spring double beds and one with a doublebed and additional bunk bed (with flat screen TV). In addition, two bathrooms with rain shower, one en suite bathroom, and a separate guest toilet. The spacious living area is equipped with a cozy seating area and another flat screen TV. From there you can access the balcony, where you can enjoy an excellent view of the Kreischberg. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery and (cooking) utensils, glass ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer and dishwasher. Also included in the equipment are a kettle, toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine. A small Property Manager starter set including dishwasher tab, dishwasher detergent (sample size), sponge, trash bag, cleaning cloth and dishcloth is provided for you upon arrival. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged upon check-in:
