On 104 m² the apartment offers highest living comfort for up to 8 persons. The exclusive apartment has four bedrooms, either with double beds or double bed and additional bunk bed. In addition, four bathrooms with rain shower and toilet (en suite, hairdryer available) and a separate guest toilet. In the open living area there is an inviting sitting area with flat screen TV for relaxing hours after an active day.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery and (cooking) utensils, ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. Also included in the equipment are a kettle, toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine. A small ALPS RESORTS starter set including dishwasher tab, dishwasher detergent (sample size), sponge, trash bag, cleaning cloth and dishcloth is provided for you upon arrival.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
