The master bedroom features a king bed, the first guest bedroom offers a queen bed with an ensuite, second bedroom has a queen bed, the third guest bedroom has 2 full beds with its own entry, the fourth bedroom has a full over full bunk bed, and fifth guest bedroom has a bunk room with an ensuite bathroom that is perfect for kids. Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.

Guests may rent golf carts through Destin Elite Carts, which includes free pickup and delivery and a full tank of gas upon pickup. All carts are 6-passenger, with plenty of space to hold beach gear. Destin Elite golf carts are street-legal in Destin, Miramar Beach, and surrounding areas. Carts can be driven on all roads in the Destin and 30A area, except for HWY 98 and Emerald Coast Pkwy.
