This location is the best of both worlds! A safe, quiet, walkable neighborhood just a short 5-minute uber to hip, walkable nightlife center Over the Rhine! This well-designed 1-bedroom offers, a spacious kitchen and living room, free laundry in unit, complimentary coffee, tea, and WiFi. The TV comes pre-loaded with HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon Prime Video. Easy access to the ballparks and museums! Walk to cute neighborhood Bowtie Cafe nearby, or listen to live music at the Blind Lemon.
Enjoy the comfortable queen-sized bed in the bedroom and fold-down sofa in the living room for the kids. This unit is recently renovated with new appliances, marbled quartz countertops, and includes high-speed internet and an in-unit washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked.

This neighborhood is unique because it is very close to Eden Park and the Cincinnati Art Museum. If you decide to go downtown for some additional fun, it’s just a short 5-minute Uber or car ride away. You can walk to a several of our favorite neighborhood bars or take a 5-minute uber to the hip Over the Rhine district for dinner and drinks.
Because the neighborhood is on a hill, we recommend using an Uber or a car to get downtown. It takes about five minutes. Or, from our place you can walk to Eden Park, the Art Museum, and several of our favorite bars and cafes such as Bowtie Cafe and the Blind Lemon. 3-minute walk to Mount Adams Bar and Grill.
