FIRST LEVEL
The living room features ample seating, a gas fireplace, and flat screen TV.
The beautiful wooden dining table seats 8 and the breakfast bar adds
additional, casual seating. The large, gourmet kitchen gives you space to make
yourself at home with a gas range/stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and
microwave. The main level also features a half-bathroom, size-able laundry
space with washer and dryer and a mudroom with tons of storage, ski racks and
more.
SECOND LEVEL
Enjoy the primary bedroom with its en suite bathroom and balcony. The spacious
bedroom features relaxing colors, modern furniture with a desk area and a wall
of large windows. The balcony is the perfect place to sit and have a cup of
coffee or read a book. The luxurious primary bathroom offers a double vanity,
make-up bench, large free-standing tub and walk-in shower. Enjoy the flat
screen TV from the comfort of the California king bed.
Two additional bedrooms on this level feature California king beds and sitting
areas. The first of the two bedrooms features a flat screen TV and desk area.
The second also offers a flat screen TV and a window seat.
THIRD LEVEL
Send the kids to the top floor! Two bunk rooms offer tons of sleeping space,
just perfect for the kids or close friends. Bright and modern, both bunk rooms
offer lots of natural light and space for sitting and relaxing with a book or
a game. The western bunk room also has a trundle bed, creating a sleeping
space for three in this room. The loft features comfy leather bean bag chairs
to sit back and enjoy a movie on the large flat screen TV. A desk nook
provides a hideaway to finish some work or read a book. The bathroom on this
level features a walk-in shower.
LOCATION
The location of this beautiful home could not be better, just steps from the
Town of Telluride Free Gondola station which runs in summer and winter. In
winter chair 8 is right there as well. In summer enjoy the farmer’s market one
block over or the short 5-10 minute walk to Town Park. This home keeps you
close to everything you need or want in Telluride!
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES
There is a single-car garage available for parking as well as one on-street
parking permit for the nearest parking zone. The single-car garage will fit an
average to large vehicle, but Suburban sized/type vehicles or roof boxes or
hitches may be a challenge to fit and will likely need to park on the street.
In the front yard, enjoy the luscious landscaping in summer as well as the
patio furniture and fire pit. Roast some smores and enjoy the crisp mountain
evening air.
