Guests enter this home on the third floor (lobby level) of the Bear Creek
Lodge. The entryway opens up into the main living space, which consists of a
living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room has a large flat screen
TV, gas fireplace, comfortable sectional couch and double doors leading to an
amazing deck overlooking Telluride.
The kitchen is adjacent to the living room and comes complete with a breakfast
bar that seats six, brand-new countertops, stainless steel appliances and all
of the utensils needed to complete a meal. The dining room, which is next to
the kitchen, seats up to six.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
