This urban oasis is just a few hundred feet from the famous Roebling Bridge which leads right into the thriving streets of downtown Cincinnati. Off street parking, Self-Check-in, beautiful outdoor space and fast Wi-Fi are just a few of the things that will help you relax during your stay.
This building was built in 1863 but was completely renovated in 2018! Luckily for us that means we have all the charm of a historic house and neighborhood with all the convenience and amenities of a modern designed space. This BnB has many art pieces and all of them are sourced from local artists.
This is Apartment 1 and you enter through the beautiful entry way in the front of the house.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
