The Sanctuary is a great base to explore the many attractions and activities that Jervis Bay has to offer. You can also visit the charming towns of Huskisson and Hyams Beach, where you can find cafes, restaurants, shops, and galleries.

Where will I be?
The Sanctuary is located in Vincentia, a short walk from the stunning Blenheim and Greenfields Beach. You can access Blenheim beach via a bush track that runs along the back of the property with just one road to cross. Giving you a safe and easy way to explore the stunning views and crystal-clear waters and white sands Jervis Bay.
Why choose The Sanctuary?
The house has two levels, each with a large deck that offers amazing views of the bushland with regular visits from the local bird population. The upper deck is ideal for entertaining, with a barbecue and outdoor dining, area. The lower deck is a cozy spot to relax, unwind and watch the
nature show.
How is the property laid out?
The house can accommodate up to 10 guests in four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed. The second bedroom has a tri-bunk bed (double on the bottom and single on the top). The main bathroom is located on the top floor. The third and fourth bedrooms are downstairs, each with a queen-size bed and one with an additional single bed. There is also a second bathroom downstairs, as well as a laundry. The house has high speed Wi-fi and a and a games room downstairs with a table tennis table and second TV area.
The living area is bright and airy, with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV connected to OTA home. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your own meals, including a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee machine, and basic cooking ingredients. The dining area has a large table that seats eight people.
WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it?
This property provides Wi-Fi and a username and password will be provided for that in your pre-arrival email.
You may use the house Wi-Fi with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner.If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B.
What about outdoors?
The Sanctuary has a large yard, perfect for a hit of backyard cricket. The upstairs and downstairs decks also provides plenty of room for entertaining.
Staying warm or keeping cool?
This property has air-conditioning in the upstairs section andis equipped with pedestal fans as well as travertine flooring throughout to keep it cool. There is also a gas heater for winter.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
The Sanctuary does provide linen and bath towels for guests. Please remember to bring your favourite beach towels!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is no access to the lock up garage at The Sanctuary, however there is enough parking on the driveway and grass for two cars.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
The Sanctuary is not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our many pet-friendly options!
What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
