Sapphire on Wilson is an immaculate house with swimming pool, sleeping 8 guests across 4 bedrooms. The easterly aspect of the home takes advantage of the sweeping views of the sapphire blue waters of the Pacific Ocean. Watch the sunrise over the water from the sun-filled entertaining deck or the master bedroom, or just enjoy the afternoon sea breeze! The open plan lounge with fireplace, dining and kitchen captures the views from all areas. With a pool and a separate lounge area with pool table, guests will enjoy the laid back lifestyle that this house has to offer.

Where will I be?
Sapphire on Wilson is located centrally located in Gerringong - easy walking distance to the beach, shops and cafes. Take a 15 minute drive to Kiama or head five minutes further south to the famous Seven Mile Beach at Gerroa.

In the cooler weather, guests can enjoy relaxing by the fire. This house has a great central location, within easy walking distance of all amenities, close to the beach, shops and cafes. The house is modern, clean, spacious and has great ocean views.
How is the property laid out?
Sapphire on Wilson is a split level home with a large deck and stunning ocean views. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the entry level there are three bedrooms, and a shared bathroom and large living area with lounge, TV and pool table.
The second level is a few stairs lower than the entry level. On this level is an open plan living/dining/entertaining area. The lounge room has a gas fireplace, and the gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with a five burner gas hob, electric wall oven, microwave and dishwasher. The generous outdoor entertainment area has an outdoor dining table and BBQ. The pool is accessed by via this area. The master bedroom with ocean view is on this level, and features an ensuite bathroom, separate toilet and walk in wardrobe. ocean views and built in wardrobe. The laundry with washing machine and dryer is also on this level.
WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?
This property provides complimentary wifi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the wifi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
Sapphire on Wilson has a swimming pool, a generous, partly covered entertaining area with outdoor setting and BBQ and magnificent views. There is an additional deck on the north side of the house that is very protected.
Staying warm or keeping cool?
Sapphire on Wilson has ceiling fans in all bedrooms, a reverse cycle air conditioner in the second living area, a fireplace for the cooler weather and a fresh sea breeze for the summer afternoons!
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is garage parking for two cars and off street, open air parking for two more cars on the driveway.

What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights

Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
