Normandie Park is a 206 acre working cattle farm, set in the green pastures of Exeter and featuring a stunning modernist home. The home was built in 1962 by renowned architects Allen Jack + Cottier. Built in the modernist pavilion style, it is surrounded by established gardens and paddocks filled with grazing cattle. Large windows in every room bring in views of the gardens and pastures, giving you a wonderful sense of place. The lounge room opens onto a large verandah, a perfect space to sit and enjoy the country atmosphere. During the colder months you can relax in front of the fireplace. Outside you can walk the grounds, explore the established gardens and view the grazing angus steers. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
