Normandie Park is a 206 acre working cattle farm featuring a relaxing, casual, modernist home that was built in 1962 by renowned architects Allen Jack and Cottier. The property comfortably sleeps up to 15 guests and offers a classic farm stay experience - true to the photos.

- Normandie Park has a $1,000 cash bond. In addition, it has external Cctv cameras to monitor any inappropriate behaviour or excessive guests numbers.
Where will I be?
Normandie Park is a 5 minute drive from the town of Exeter. Moss Vale is a 10 minute drive, and Bowral a 25 minute drive away. The St. Maur and Sally’s Corner vineyards are just down the road. The wineries, wedding venues and other attractions of the Southern Highlands are all within easy driving distance.

How is the property laid out?
Normandie Park is a large, rambling homestead, essentially on one level, but with a few stairs to access some of the wings of the house. It has plenty of space for a group of 15, including a games room with pool table. The large lounge and dining area, with a full width deck is the hearth of the house. As per the floor plan, Normandie Park has 7 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.
Wi-Fi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV will I have it?
This property does have Wi-Fi. A username and password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. You may use the house Wi-Fi with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B.
What about outdoors?
Normandie Park is a working cattle farm with extensive grounds. Guests are welcome to explore the gardens and lawns surrounding the house.
Keeping warm or keeping cool
There is reverse cycle air conditioning, a fireplace and gas central heating.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
High quality sheets and towels are provided at Normandie Park. Toilet paper, kitchen soaps, guest soaps and some other supplies are also provided, but please be prepared to top up during your stay as needed. Regarding food, condiments and the like, please plan to bring everything you need. For safety and hygiene reasons, our houses generally do not supply food items.

There is plenty of secure off street parking.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

Wildlife
Please note that due to the nature and location of this property, wildlife may be about including possums, kangaroos, spiders and snakes. We do whatever we can to keep the property safe and do work with a network of wildlife removal experts, however we cannot guarantee that you will not see any wildlife at the property. If you do, we will use our best endeavours to have the animal removed or to make the property safe, however no compensation whatsoever will be paid for any disturbance caused by wildlife. You must book the property knowing that this risk exists, even though very uncommon.
What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
