Another fantastic home from AnaheimVacationHouse!. Visit our Beautiful Pool Home, perfectly set up for 4+ families. Our home is designer-decorated and renovated from the inside out. On the first floor, you will find a beautiful kitchen with new cabinets, all-new black stainless steel appliances ( stove/oven, refrigerator w/3 choices of ice, microwave, and dishwasher) granite countertops, and a laundry room in the pantry. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large dining room table for 10 and sit-up counter for 2 and a large screen smart TV. The home features 1 King Master Bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, 1 Cal King Bedroom with a Jack ’n Jill bathroom (shared w/kitchen area), 2 Cal-King Bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom, and 1 additional bathroom in the hall, and a supersized family room. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
