Mystic Sands, Gerroa - 4pm check out Sundays and Public Holidays, except Peak Season
Mystic Sands is a casual, comfortable, spacious and extremely well equipped beach house - complete with pool table, table tennis, multiple living areas and large decks. It’s cocooned and very private location, away from any road, will pleasantly surprise you. The house also has fantastic views of Gerroa, Seven Mile Beach and Culburra. Sleeping nine, this is a perfect group or multi-family option!
Strictly no parties at this property – please. You will be evicted if this rule is broken.
Peak Season Bookings: 13 Dec 2024 and 23 Jan 2025 - Minimum 7 night booking - Arrival and departure on a Saturday. If booking online, please search for vacancies with Saturday being the arrival and departure day. Peak Season bookings are most easily made directly with our Bookings Team.
Where will I be?
Vehicle access is via Bland Street, alongside No. 3 Bland Street. There is only pedestrian access to Crooked River Road, as driveway access off the main road is too dangerous / tricky.
Mystic Sands is located only a couple of minutes walk from Seven Mile Beach, the Blue Swimmer Cafe or the Gerroa Boat Fishermen’s Club (which has a courtesy bus).

Mystic Sands is in a great location,close to the water, yet have a very private setting with great views.This spacious home has two separate living areas with flat screen TVs, a pool table room, a sunny conservatory / dining area and table tennis in the garage. Ideal for a gathering of friends or family holidays
How is the property laid out?
Mystic Sands is a double storey home with sweeping views of Seven Mile Beach and the Pacific Ocean.
Downstairs has a living area, pool table room, conservatory/dining area with seating for eight guests, and a large well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast nook.
There is also a king bedroom with an adjoining single bedroom separated by bi-fold doors - perfect for a couple with a young child. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with shower and toilet. A separate laundry is also on this level.
Upstairs there is another living area with flat screen TV and three more bedrooms - a king bedroom with TV and ensuite, and two bedrooms with two king single beds. All upstairs bedrooms have ceiling fans, with reverse cycle air conditioning in the upstairs lounge. There is also a shared bathroom with spa bath, vanity, shower and separate toilet.
Bedding configuration - please note that the twin bedrooms can be made as a King or left in the default configuration of two King Singles. Please let us know a preference at the time of making your booking.
WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?
Sorry, this property does not provide WiFi. Please make alternative arrangements, or plan to switch off and fully relax during your stay!
What about outdoors?
Upstairs there is an outdoor deck with casual table and seating which has great beach, ocean and river views. Downstairs there is a front deck with seating, Gas BBQ and beach and river views plus outside shower.
The double lock up garage has a table tennis table and boogie boards for guests to use.
Staying warm or keeping cool?
Mystic Sands has a reverse cycle air conditioner upstairs, gas and electric heating in living rooms, oil heaters in bedrooms and ceiling fans in the conservatory/dining room as well as all bedrooms.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Sheets, pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is off street, open air parking for one vehicle on the driveway that is accessed from the top left of the Bland Street cul de sac.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

What are the minimum stay rules?
- Peak Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Peak Season rules?
Please note that during Peak Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
