The Estuary House is architecturally designed and master built in 2019. The contemporary design ushers in elements of the outdoors into the luxurious indoor space. The house is in a stunning waterfront location, complete with infinity pool and private jetty.

Where will I be?
Estuary House is located in the tranquil hamlet of Basin View, with private waterfront access to St Georges Basin. Basin View is at the western end of St Georges Basin, and is the only location where deeper water jetties can be found (water depth approximately 1.2m). Basin View also has a good public boat ramp located only 700 metres from the house.
Why choose The Estuary House?
The Estuary House oozes style, luxury, relaxation and tranquility. Its waterfront setting, pool deck, beautiful views, and private jetty force you to relax! The home is also beautifully appointed and brilliantly designed - including an outdoor shower in the shared bathroom, fire pit, fantastic barbecue and many other special touches that you will discover during your stay. The house is also well equipped with quality cookware, cutlery and crockery, and a European laundry with washer and dryer.
How is the property laid out?
The Estuary House is on one level, and steps down through the pool area to a good sized lawn that extends to the water’s edge. The layout is open plan in the living areas, with plenty of natural light and high ceilings. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms are all in one wing - making the house compact yet spacious at the same time.
Wi-Fi, internet, Netflix or pay TV- will I have it?
This property does have Wi-Fi. A username and password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. You may use the house Wi-Fi with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B.
A high quality smart TV is provided, however please use your own Netflix or similar accounts.
What about outdoors?
The Estuary House has a front garden area, back garden with lawn, private jetty, infinity pool and extensive deck areas. There is also a hot and cold outdoor shower for when you come up from the jetty or get out of the pool. Please note that the pool is not heated.
Please do not gut and clean any fish inside the house. A fish gutting table and hose is provided near the jetty.
Keeping warm or keeping cool?!
The Estuary House has fully ducted airconditioning to either warm or cool the house - keeping you totally comfortable during your stay!

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
High quality sheets and towels are provided at The Estuary House. Beds will be made up for your arrival. Please however bring your own beach towels!
Toilet paper, kitchen soap sand some other supplies are also provided, but please be prepared to top up during your stay as needed.
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is parking for 2 cars on the paved driveway area.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Sorry, Estuary House is strictly not pet friendly. If you bring a pet without permission, you will put at risk the cash bond. Please contact us for our list of pet friendly properties.
What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
