The house also has lovely decks and outdoor areas, in a secluded location set amongst lovely native trees and gardens. It sleeps six in comfort, and is supplied with linen and towels. Please note: - Strictly no parties at this property – please. You will be evicted if this rule is broken. Where will I be? Elouera is located at the southern end of Vincentia in a lovely bush reserve setting. The house is an easy ten-minute walk to Blenheim Beach or Greenfield Beach, and only a 20-minute walk to Hyams Beach. Why choose Elouera? The north-facing deck with filtered views of Jervis Bay through the native bush provides a tranquil setting for afternoon entertainment. How is the property laid out? This spacious, well-appointed house offers three large bedrooms all with their own designer bathrooms. The upstairs street level offers a perfect open plan living with high ceilings and floor to ceiling glass doors, an expansive northern deck with cover, a modern kitchen with high-grade appliances, and serving window to the front entertaining deck. The main bedroom is on street level, with north-facing views; and walk-through wardrobe to a large ensuite with shower, bath and toilet. There is a Powder Room upstairs with toilet. Downstairs, another two bedrooms offer private access to a rear courtyard. Bedroom 2 has an ensuite with shower and toilet, and there is a third bathroom located near Bedroom 3 with a shower and toilet. On the same level is a large living area with a rumpus/TV room great for kids, a library and a laundry. WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it? This property provides complimentary Wi-Fi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a backup plan. Two TVs are equipped with Chromecast. What about outdoors? Elouera spoils you for choice with a large decked entertaining area at the front of the house with BBQ and outdoor dining table. The north-facing deck leading out from the living provides partial water views. Accessed via the downstairs living is a paved patio and garden area. Staying warm or keeping cool?! There is a wood fireplace in the upstairs living room to ensure comfortable winter living. Each living room and bedroom is also fitted with an electric heater. The house is easily opened to allow the breeze from all directions and the bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans. What about sheets, towels and other supplies? High-quality linen is provided at Elouera for all beds and bathrooms. Please remember to bring your favourite beach towels. Parking for cars, boats etc? Elouera has ample parking for two cars. The garage is reserved for the owner’s use. Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? Elouera is a dog-friendly property with dogs able to be contained inside or in the front courtyard. Is there any special information I need to know about? The wood fireplace, internal staircase and unfenced backyard should be noted for families with small children. What are the minimum stay rules? - Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property - Easter: 4 nights - Long Weekends: 3 nights - All other times: 2 nights Are there any special Summer Season rules? Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
