Where will I be? Blue Waves is located very centrally in Kiama, within walking distance to great shops and cafes and across the road from Surf Beach. Why choose Blue Waves? Blue Waves is a brand new spacious ground floor apartment in a very central location. The apartment is modern and has a large entertaining deck with well equipped BBQ. How is the property laid out? Blue Waves has two bedrooms, (one queen and one with twoking singles) and one bathroom with large walk in shower, toilet and vanity. Ideal for either two to four adults or two adults and two children. There is a great kitchen with European Bosch appliances, dishwasher, microwave and nespresso coffee machine with pods. The lounge and dining area are open plan with stunning views of the beach and the famous Kiama rolling hills, large sliding doors open out onto the spacious deck. There is also a small laundry with washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board. WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it? This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan. What about outdoors? Large undercover terrace/deck with table, seating for four and well equipped BBQ. Staying warm or keeping cool?! Blue Waves has ducted reverse - cycle air conditioning in the living area and bedrooms, and can also be opened up to take in the ocean breeze. What about sheets, towels and other supplies? Sheets, pillows, blankets or doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel! Parking for cars, boats etc? Blue Waves has secure garage parking underneath the apartment for one car.There is also extra parking on the street. Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? Sorry, this property is not pet friendly. What are the minimum stay rules? - Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property - Easter: 4 nights - Long Weekends: 3 nights - All other times: 2 nights Are there any special Summer Season rules? Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays. Who will I be dealing with during my stay?
