With a modern and stylish interior, Aqua Zen provides all the space you will need for a relaxed beach holiday - and nearly every room has a spectacular view of the ocean. Sleeping up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms, Aqua Zen also has a generously sized living area upstairs which adjoins the kitchen and dining area, as well as an additional TV room downstairs for those that may want to watch their favourite sporting team. Additionally, a fabulous gaming arcade awaits in the double garage for the big and little kids to enjoy when they are not down at the beach which includes a table tennis table, air hockey table, foosball table and a big screen TV for those avid PS4 gamers. Strictly no parties at this property – please. You will be evicted if this rule is broken. Aqua Zen is located 2 streets away from Seven Mile Beach and across the road from Shelley beach with amazing views. Just a short walk to the beach, park and cafe, Aqua Zen offers a location where you are in the centre of everything. When you first arrive at Aqua Zen, you will see a two-story house on a quiet street where you will be pleasantly surprised that the driveway access to the house is flat. You and your party will park up to three cars in the driveway which is situated near the front door. What a bonus - as you won’t have to lug your car or luggage up a steep driveway AND you will be able to save that energy for your first glass of champagne on the deck! When you walk into Aqua Zen, you will notice that the interior has a modern and clean coastal boho styling which is immaculate and fresh. Moving half-way down the hallway, the little and big kids will turn left and head straight to the internal garage access to spy the games room. They will want to start playing table tennis, air hockey, foosball, pool/billiards on the mini pool table and game on the PS4. This is where you will lose them for hours! The master bedroom is located on the other side of the house and hosts a king size bed with fabulous ocean views. Beside the master is a living room with a TV, perfect for those who wish to watch their favourite sporting team in quiet comfort. There is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a laundry with a washing machine, dryer, and sink and access to the backyard to use the clothesline, relax on the adirondack chairs, play a team activity, or use the outdoor shower to rinse off the sand from the beach. Time to go upstairs where you are greeted with an amazing ocean view. You will be compelled to open the sliding doors from the living area and walk onto the deck, where your senses will be in overdrive. This is how we describe our Aqua Zen! Hearing the crashing of the waves; Being mesmerised by the beautiful aqua blue ocean; Tasting the salt of the ocean spray; Feeling the soft wind against your face and hair; and Breathing in the fresh air that only a mix of the country and coast can bring. You might get to see the dolphins, whales and seals play in front of you or watch the kite surfers do their tricks. What a joy and feeling! You won’t want to look away. You know you can relax here! After spending some time on the deck, you will decide you need to explore further! You will notice that the dining room, lounge room and kitchen area is airy and open planned. You can visualise the kids sitting around the large kitchen island bench laughing whilst eating their breakfast. The modern kitchen is well equipped and has enough space to prepare a meal together with family and friends. The kitchen includes a coffee pod machine, electric cooktop, oven, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. Moving on there are three further bedrooms looking fresh and inviting. One queen bedroom, one double bedroom and a desk overlooking ocean views, and one twin room with two single beds. The bathroom upstairs works wonderfully with a large group with a separate toilet room, separate vanity area, and separate room that encompasses a shower and bath. Totally functional! After spending the day at the beach swimming, lazing in the sun or fishing, you all adjourn to the deck to enjoy watching the sunset overlooking the ocean with your favourite beverage, and the BBQ sizzling and smelling awesome in the background. This classic Gerroa beach house, Aqua Zen, is ideally located for a family or friends’ getaway by the beach. Wi-Fi and streaming services - will I have them? Complimentary Wi-Fi is available and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. Please note that neither Property Manager nor the owner can guarantee 100% that Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If Wi-Fi is important, please therefore always have a backup plan. What about outdoors? Aqua Zen has an unfenced grassed backyard and a front and back deck on the second storey of the house. The back deck has an outdoor table setting and gas BBQ. The garden has an outdoor shower. Staying warm or keeping cool? Aqua Zen has reverse cycle air conditioning upstairs, and ceiling fans in the bedrooms and the upstairs lounge room. Open the sliding doors to get the cool summer breeze! For cooler weather, there is a portable electric heater in each bedroom. What about sheets, towels and other supplies? Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel! Parking for cars, boats etc? There is off-street parking in the driveway for three cars. Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? What are the minimum stay rules? - Peak Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property - Easter: 4 nights - Long Weekends: 3 nights - All other times: 2 nights Are there any special Peak Season rules? Please note that during Peak Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays. Who will I be dealing with during my stay?
