Amber Refresh is a bright and contemporary 5BR retreat that gives your group access to a pool, hot tub, and plenty of ways to stay comfortable and entertained. Just 30 minutes outside Downtown Knoxville and located on a spacious lot surrounded by trees, this Smoky Mountain retreat lets you enjoy the area’s natural beauty while enjoying high-end comforts and amenities.
Take a dip in the pool as you gaze toward the treetops, or soak in the jacuzzi as you enjoy mountain sunsets. You’ll find double BBQ grills to supplement the fully-equipped kitchen inside, where a bright living room boasts comfortable seating, large windows for tons of natural light, and a pool table.
Amber Refresh offers five comfortable bedrooms: four with queen beds, one with a queen bed and three twins (perfect for children, families, or groups of friends). And with Downtown Knoxville just a short drive away, you’ll have access to historic venues, dining options, cocktail lounges, and the World’s Fair Park.

- Please note that the pool and hot tub is a shared amenity. As well as all other outdoor amenities.
- The pool is only available between mid-May and mid-September.
- This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without Property Manager’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Please have a 4WD or AWD vehicle and also carry chains. Driveways or roads leading to the property can be steep and will require these.
Parking Details:
- Parking space for up to 3 vehicles.
- There is no private parking at the home. Please note that the parking area is shared with guests renting other Property Manager properties onsite.
- Entry - Guests have to walk approx. 200 yards from the parking area to the pool house. The walk takes you around other properties that are onsite.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
