Location: Buck Hollow is set on an acre+ parcel, but sound carries so we ask guests to be aware of noise – especially once quiet time starts at 10 pm. The road to the home is narrow and you may need to stop/pull over for oncoming traffic. There are deer and other wildlife on the roads and in the area. We recommend taking the road slowly.
Stairs: There are no stairs from the parking area to the front door or within the upper level of the house. There is a set of automated “ladder-stairs” between the upper and lower levels that you are welcome to use or there are stairs around the front and back of the house. The paths, stairs, and bridge to the creek are many and varied - please use caution.
Fencing: Most of the property is not fenced, but the yard closest to the lower unit is enclosed with gates at either side of the yard.
Seasonal Creek: The water level in Ward Creek varies seasonally. Some years we see deep spots to splash about in the summer and some years they are mostly dry. With heavy rainfall in the winter, it may not be safe to play in the creek. Please use caution.
