The recently built Nettuno flat, finely furnished in modern style, is a splendid flat with a spectacular sea-view terrace overlooking the marina and the bay of Alghero.
The flat is divided into two units, each with its own kitchen and garden, and has a total of three bedrooms for a total of six beds (with the possibility of having single or double beds), and a camp bed for children is also available.
With its perfect location, the house is only a few minutes’ walk from the beach, with shops, restaurants and the town centre literally on the doorstep, the perfect position for visiting Sardinia’s most famous tourist spots, such as Stintino or Bosa.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- The number of guests must be communicated at the time of booking, no more guests than those communicated will be accepted.
- To be paid the security deposit of €300.00 to protect against possible damages and the city tax.
- Additional costs
- - electricity: €0.50 per Kw/h (total to be quantified at checkout)
- Electricity will be charged the last day of your stay 0,50€kwh in order to prevent waste of power and pay the effective use of it. We kindly ask you to Switch-Off Air Conditioning and lights when not at home in order to improve sustainability, save cost and preserve the environment.
- For stays longer than one week, service and cleaning costs will be calculated per day and must be paid in cash upon arrival.
