Our new custom built 2,200 square foot, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom single level residence is located in Twilight Meadows, which is the custom residential neighborhood adjacent to Cascade Village, which is less than 2 miles north of Purgatory and 26 miles from downtown Durango.
This is a rare opportunity to rent a new luxury home yet have access to the free on-site amenities at Cascade Village including an indoor heated pool, sauna, outdoor/indoor hot tubs, pool table, outdoor tennis court, and ski rental shop (with discounts). The home is immediately adjacent to national forest with hiking, cross country skiing, mountain biking, four wheeling, fly fishing and a host of other wilderness activities just out the back door.
This residence features amazing views of the Needles Mountains, the signature range of 14,000 foot peaks the Purgatory area is known for, as well as Spud and Engineer Mountains. Note the owners keep their car in the one car garage, so while a car can’t be parked in the garage, there is access for storing sports gear and accessing the home. The home is one of the few in the area that features central AC for the occasional warm summer day.

Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units at Cascade Village, are NOT pet friendly.
The house features paved access so 4WD is NOT required on winter (Unless you happen to arrive during a major snow storm).
Purgatory offers a complimentary ski shuttle to our Cascade rental guests on a set schedule 1-2 times in the AM and PM during the ski season, on a first come first serve basis. Details will be provided in your rental instructions.
All of the Cascade Village units are equipped with reliable Fiber Optic internet service with an average internet speed of up to 50 Mbps. In late 2020 Cascade Village moved from cable TV service to all streaming services. While in-house, guests can stream their favorite movies and TV shows on their preferred provider (e.g. Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime) using the smart TVs in the unit. With fast and reliable fiber optic WIFI, guests can stream on multiple devices.
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.
