Our three-bedroom, three-bathroom home is situated off the banks of the Rio Grande River, you’ll enjoy having access to 1/8 of a mile of fishing on the Rio Grande River. Our three-story home is the ultimate getaway in a private and peaceful location!
Looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway? Our home is the perfect place for you! Nestled off the banks of the Rio Grande River, you’ll have access to 1/8 of a mile of fishing the banks of the Rio Grande River. And if that’s not enough, our home is adjacent to National Forest and a large private ranch, making it a true slice of heaven. You’ll be able to enjoy solitude, tranquility, and peacefulness like never before at our home.
The second story of our three-story home boasts a large riverfront deck, as well as an east-side deck perfect for those who love chasing the early morning sun. With plenty of room for guests to spread out, the second level features an open floor plan for the kitchen, dining area, and living room, as well as the main king bedroom.

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.
Book 7+ nights and a 10% discount is automatically applied (does not apply during Christmas/New Year’s and 4th of July holidays).
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, you will need to pay in full at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before your arrival only lose the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
