The home backs up to National Forest which offers even more privacy and seclusion. The Dry Fork trailhead is just a further 3 miles up the canyon while Mesa Verde National Park is 30 minutes to the west and Hesperus Ski Area is 10 minutes to the west as well. The home features amazing outdoor living space including multiple patios/decks with outdoor space heaters, a hammock, comfortable couches and a pond with a water feature, gas fire pit, gas grill, lush landscaping and a fenced yard. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked and the house features 2 living spaces making it perfect for multiple families. The 2nd living space features a pool table and shuffleboard.
