bright, airy house is 2 bedroom, 2 bath- 1800 square feet. It is recently
remodeled and decorated with the utmost love. The owners have curated the
experience with unique of vintage one-of-a-kind pieces that blend into the
desert palette.
The home is perched on a hill on 2.7 acres with 360 degree desert views. As
you enter the gate into this desert dream, your blood pressure immediately
drops and the relaxation begins. You are secluded but its great location- 10
min to Joshua Tree and the National park entrance. 15 min to Pioneertown. We
also include all our recommendations on the best places to visit, eat, drink,
shop, and enjoy. The house and the property/area is beautiful, with a gorgeous
short walk to boulders to climb and epic sunrises and sunsets.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
