the ultimate desert getaway to relax, restore, and reenergize.
Twilight Terrace is conveniently located a quick 10 minutes from the Joshua
Tree National Park entrance. The property is secluded enough to enjoy the
desert starry nights, but close enough to town to savor all that downtown
Joshua Tree has to offer.
The newly renovated space has a clean and contemporary design, thoughtful
amenities, and central heat and air to ensure you’re always comfortable.
Relish in a slow morning spent sitting on one of our two patios, sipping your
coffee, and enjoying the views and wildlife. At night you can snuggle around
the fire pit with a glass of wine and watch the breathtaking desert sunset.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
- - Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.
- - All properties are non-smoking.
- - No pets are allowed unless the property is listed as Pets OK.
- - All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
