Welcome to Serenity, in beautiful Rosemary Beach. The luxurious home rests on the east end of Scenic Highway 30A, between Alys Beach and Inlet Beach. The house is across from the Rosemary Beach Fitness Center, which offers an indoor pool and tennis courts. Most attractions in the charming town of Rosemary Beach are within walking distance. Inside, the spacious, open living area is magnificent. The fully equipped kitchen is no less stunning, with high-end appliances and a wine refrigerator. On the second floor, a primary bedroom, king, has a gas fireplace and an impressive bath with large walk-in closet. A guest room, queen, with private bath, is down the hall. The third floor opens to a unique landing, with sleeper sofa and study area. The adjacent guest room, queen, includes a shared bath. Out back, stairs lead to an adorable carriage house, complete with a primary suite, king, a full kitchen, and a charming living area. The upscale courtyard features a spacious, outdoor seating area, a Green Egg grill, and a private heated dipping pool. It’s lovely. We’re excited to have you stay with us!
