Enjoy a brand new apartment designed with you in mind. Check in to 380 Forest E. This apartment boasts an amazing new kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counter tops and a dining set for unwinding after a long day. The main bedroom has a queen bed, smaller bedroom has a queen bed as well, all with premium mattresses. The bathroom is perfect with all new shower/tub, and vanity. Free parking in the lot at just outside the building. Enjoy lots of bright and clean space for your time in Columbus.
The Space:
Enter our two bedroom apartment from the courtyard. Parking is located in the adjacent parking lot (there is plenty of parking).
Our apartment is updated but quaint, exactly what is needed for a great short or extended stay. The main room is an open kitchen/living room. Someone can be cooking and watching TV or visiting with family. The living room is a perfect place for relaxing while streaming your favorite show.
There is a bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and closet. Our bathroom has a shower with bathtub as well. There is a washer/dryer set on the first floor.
Guest Access:
Guests will have shared access to the courtyard area. The door is a coded lock.

In the heart of German Village! Full of lively entertainment and dining options and the country’s largest resident theater company. It is further enhanced by (23 acre) Schiller Park, which has the lovely Huntington Garden, dozens of mature trees, a lake, tennis courts, picnic area, and people walking their dogs. Minutes from Downtown Columbus, Steps to German Village, 10 minutes from Ohio State Campus and Ohio Stadium, 5 Minutes to the Columbus Convention center, 10 Minutes from the Columbus Airport, 5 Minutes to Nationwide Children’s Hospital, within walking distance to Lots of 4 and 5 Star rated restaurants on Yelp!, a large grocery store. A warm, charming, historical, and walk-able neighborhood which is also a diverse and friendly community.
Other Things to Note:
Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host’s discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
