The backyard is a true oasis, featuring a beautiful sparkling heated pool with in-water loungers on the Baja step and an attached hot tub that gently cascades into the pool. Pool and hot tub heat are available for an additional $100 per night with 48 hours’ advance notice, and when heated, the pool reaches approximately 85 degrees. An outdoor kitchen with a gas BBQ, bar seating, and a flatscreen TV sets the stage for effortless entertaining, while the covered patio invites you to dine al fresco beneath a refreshing misting system on warm desert days. Relax to the soothing sound of waterfall features, gather around the conversation fire table in the evening, or enjoy some friendly competition on the new four-hole putting green or the private pickleball court with a basketball hoop. The east lawn offers a lovely space for morning yoga or meditation, framed by vibrant bougainvillea, and seasonal citrus trees provide fresh lemons and limes alongside gorgeous floral blooms that surround the property. Inside, the home continues to impress with comfortable, well-appointed spaces designed for rest and rejuvenation. The indulgent primary suite features a king-size bed, a luxurious bathroom with a freestanding soaking tub, a walk-in closet, and both indoor and outdoor showers for a spa-like experience. Every bedroom includes a large flatscreen TV, with the second bedroom offering a king-size bed, the third bedroom featuring two twin XL beds, and the fourth room opening to the patio through a private slider. This versatile space doubles beautifully as an office or bedroom and includes a solid, comfortable queen-size bed.
