Seascape Sur, set on the bluff above the ocean, is known as the "Jewel of the Bluff" and no wonder why; the gated complex is beautifully maintained with gardens so lush you would think you were vacationing in the tropics! Koi ponds, turtles, waterfalls and a babbling brook compliment the two swimming pools, two jacuzzis and tennis courts (all within a quick one minute walk from the front door). Beach access stairs are located right at the edge of the property getting you on the sand in no time.
Solana Beach is laid back walking community with the Del Mar Racetrack being only a 15-minute stroll away. There are many restaurants and cafes for all tastes and budgets within easy walking distance and dozens more just a short drive away.
