Bedroom 1 is a luxurious Master King Bedroom with an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and double vanities. The room also includes a walk-in closet and a full-body mirror for your convenience. Bedroom 2 offers a cozy Queen bed along with a full crib, perfect for families traveling with infants. Bathroom 2, located in the hallway, is a full bathroom equipped with double sinks and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 is designed for flexibility, featuring two twin beds and a full-size bed(twin over full bunk with twin trundle bed) Step outside and enjoy our fantastic outdoor amenities. Get competitive with a game of corn hole or enjoy some hoops with the pool basketball hoop. Feel refreshed in our outdoor shower or gather around the fire pit (please bring your own wood) to create memories and bond with your loved ones. The outdoor bar and kitchen, complete with a BBQ, fridge, and sink, are perfect for preparing delicious meals outdoors. Catch up on your favorite sports games by the pool on the Smart TV, while lounging on the comfortable outdoor furniture. We take pool safety seriously, and have taken extra precautions to ensure a worry-free experience for families with young children. Our doors leading out to the pool area have locks installed on top and loud alarms to alert you if a child opens the door. Please keep a close eye on any children in or around the pool, as there is no pool cover. Children must always be accompanied by an adult in the outdoor area. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, including a Keurig coffee maker, blender, and cookware, making it easy to whip up delicious meals during your stay. Relax in our comfortable living rooms, complete with plush couches and Smart TVs. We also provide over 30 board games for some friendly competition or family bonding time. For families traveling with little ones, we provide a high chair and crib to ensure the utmost comfort and convenience during your stay. The garage is equipped with a washer and dryer for your laundry needs. We also provide beach essentials such as chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and a cooler, so you can make the most of your beach outings. Guests have access to the entire house (minus the locked owner’s closet) via keypad entry. Quiet Hours- 10pm-7am We ask that you are aware of noise outside :) This is a residential neighborhood and we want to be respectful of the neighbors We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge: - to abide by our rental terms and conditions. - to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. - we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via SUPERHOG - the waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.
