This home is new under our management as of May 2023. We welcome you to be
some of our first guests!

This beautiful 3-bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse is modern and spacious. It
features a split floor plan with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a full-size
washer and dryer upstairs. Downstairs has an open floor plan with living room,
dining room, kitchen, and a half bathroom.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counters. A bar with
seating for 4. Keurig Duo for the best of both worlds. It has all the
utensils, pots, and pans you need to cook breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

The living room has a 65” flat-screen smart TV with plenty of comfy seating.
The couch is also a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space. The dining room has
a table and 4 chairs for those family meals.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • - Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
  • - Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.
  • - All properties are non-smoking.
  • - No pets are allowed unless the property is listed as Pets OK.
  • - All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
