No matter the season, this slope side penthouse has everything you need to
enjoy a more than comfortable time in Telluride. On the quiet west end of
town, this 3 bedroom penthouse unit is located just on the side of Lift 7 and
a stone’s throw from Telluride’s River Trail. This spacious condo has a gas
fireplace, private balcony and stunning mountain views stretching the length
of the box canyon, while the Etta Place complex offers year-round hot tub
access and a heated pool in summer. (LIT does not manage pool & hot tub
closures, cleanings or maintenance. We cannot be held responsible for refunds
for closures during your stay.) Enjoy the modern mountain feel of this quiet

THIRD FLOOR ENTRY LEVEL
Rich wood tones and modern accents are the perfect mix for your mountain
getaway. The vaulted ceilings create an open feeling and sky lights and
picture windows throughout let in tons of natural light. The living area
overlooks lift 7 in the winter, has amazing views of fall colors, and in
summer enjoy stunning mountain views and the open space around lift 7.
Anchored by the stone-faced gas fireplace, the living room offers ample
seating for your party and a flat screen TV for your down time. Open to the
kitchen which has all of the space and appliances you need for the comfort and
convenience of a home cooked meal in your vacation rental. There’s room for
everyone to enjoy a snack or a meal between the breakfast bar and dining table
for six.
Bedrooms offer more incredible windows and views of the mountains. The primary
bedroom features a king bed facing the ski area and Ajax peak with en suite
bathroom including a steam shower. In addition to this suite there is also
another king bedroom, a queen bedroom, shared bathroom and half bath. The 2.5
bathrooms are all recently remodeled and updated with a clean modern feel,
perfect for rest and rejuvenation. This unit also includes a washer/dryer.
TOP LEVEL
Up the stairs is the open loft area overlooking the living room featuring
Captain Bunk Beds.
The Etta Place complex is located on the quieter west end of town, still a
short walk from any adventure you desire, but tucked away from the bustle of
main street and summer festivals. Overlooking the meadow and mountainside, no
matter the time of year, Etta Place offers an unbeatable view of the valley.
This unit also has free wifi, one parking permit, and access to the building’s
year-round hot tub and summer pool. Grills are also available in the complex
for guest use.
Etta Place is a ski-in/ski-out condo building located at the base of Chair 7
with easy access to The River Trail. You’re just a short walk or Galloping
Goose ride away from the grocery store and buzz of Telluride’s main street.
