Fall Line 308 is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo located in the heart of
downtown Telluride. This condo is a fabulous base from which to explore all of
Telluride! Modern, mountain-chic styling, and skylights providing extra
natural light, provides a comfortable place to relax after an awesome day of
adventure. The large kitchen counter provides plenty of space to cook "at
home" and the L-shaped couch and dining table invite you to enjoy your
company, a board game, or a good book in between excursions.
The Fall Line complex is located in the heart of Telluride town with
absolutely everything you need within a few minutes walk - the gondola station
that accesses the Telluride Ski Resort is right around the corner (2 blocks),
Telluride Town Park is 150 yards to the east, and all of the shops, bars and
restaurants are 50 yards away. If you’re traveling with kids, walk right
across the street to enjoy Telluride’s amazing library. Fall Line 308 offers
incredible convenience and comfort for your stay in Telluride! (Property
Manager does not manage hot tub closures, cleanings or maintenance. We cannot
