Looking to get away from it all? Well, Silver Spring Chalet is the place you
and your guest. This large 4 bedrooms private home is located in the small
town of Pittsfield, just 20 minutes drive from ski slopes. Silver Springs is
tucked off the main road overlooking a small pond with a beautiful mountain
range in the background.
The home features two-bedroom and two bathrooms on the lower level, one
bedroom has a queen bed with a private bath, the second has two sets of bunk
beds, with a common full bathroom in the hall, there is also a large family
room and laundry room with washer and dryer. The upper level features a
bedroom with a queen bed, a second bedroom with one set of twin bunks and a
twin bed, there is a common shared bathroom in the hall, living room with a
gas fireplace, dining area and kitchen, slider doors to the deck.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below.
- - Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
- - Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.

- - All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
