Perched just steps away from the renowned Casablanca beach, you can enjoy the Mediterranean waters and golden sands at your leisure. Stroll along the beach promenade (paseo maritime) or take in breathtaking sunsets – it’s all at your doorstep. There is no need for a car, you can walk to the shops and innumerable fantastic restaurants, there is a bus stop at the end of the street and taxis will come to the front door. Important: Marbellamar is a beautiful community of townhouses in a prime location, but please note that it is a residential area with neighbours in close proximity. It is therefore unsuitable for stag and hen groups, or those who create a lot of noise. We want those living in Marbellamar as well as holiday guests to be able to relax and enjoy their time here in peace, so please respect the neighbours, quiet hours at night, and the communal zones. For those seeking active leisure pursuits there is a host of activities on offer ranging from water sports, cable ski, para-sending, wind and kite surfing, dolphin safaris and boat charters through to horse riding and of course golf which you can play on any one of the dozens of excellent courses on the coat. There is something for everybody and guests at Casa del Sur have use of the private community swimming pool (in the warmer months) and also the tennis and paddle courts. Casa del Sur is within five hundred meters of thirty excellent restaurants, there are four supermarkets within seven minutes of the property and guests are quite simply spoilt for choice when it comes to local restaurants and amenities. The property is managed on behalf of the owners by Property Manager. We are a family business with great reviews across a wide range of holiday rental portals so guests are assured of top quality service and an excellent experience. Casa del Sur sleeps up to eight and provides beautiful and well equipped accommodation and excellent facilities. The property is being updated constantly and has everything you will need; modern bathrooms, professionally laundered sheets and towels, a maid service (optional extra) and much more. We provide fast and free Wifi with speeds of up to 100mb and unlimited downloads. Guests have the choice of over one thousand TV Channels in almost every language including English, Swedish, French and Russian and included are BT Sports, Sky Movies and all the Sky Sports channels; there is also an enormous selection of free movies and box sets. Nothing is off limits in Casa del Sur, guests have the run of the whole of the house, from the roof terrace (accessed through the master bedroom with open sea views) with its comfortable seating and sun loungers, to the partially covered lower terrace with dining facilities and exterior seating areas. There is a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, hob and microwave, and even a Nespresso machine. We can also provide maid’s service and arrange catering for you in the property. One of our team will always personally check you in and out and will be on hand if you need anything (we all live nearby) but otherwise we will leave you alone to enjoy your holiday in peace and quiet.
