The ground floor of Pier Haven features a covered garage with hard to come by premium beach parking with space for 3 vehicles and an oceanside driveway that can accommodate a 30’+ boat/trailer/RV. The shared backyard invites you to barbecue or indulge in beach games in the sand. The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer, dryer, beach essentials, and an outdoor shower for a refreshing rinse after soaking up the sun. Unit A on the upper level boasts spectacular indoor and outdoor ocean and pier views. The living area features all-new furnishings, a color-changing fireplace, and a large smart TV. Step outside to the covered deck for outdoor dining or revel in the sound of crashing waves and sightings of dolphins. Parking Instructions: Driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles max. INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods, and ALL linens, including bedding, bath, and beach towels – a value of $200-300+! Beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens upon arrival, and fluffy towels will be available. Also included are ten beach chairs, four boogie boards, two adult and three child bikes, a cooler, a stroller, and a beach cart. Property Manager requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you’ve booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay.
