Vaulted ceilings throughout the open concept kitchen, dining and living area provide a sense of openness with ample natural light and warmth throughout.
As you enter the residence, relish in the stylish and thoughtfully decorated open concept main floor, which boasts plenty of space for welcoming conversations throughout the kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen is efficient and well equipped with an electric stove and oven, full size refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or a happy hour cocktail on the private balcony, overlooking the creek and the mountains.
Two guest bedrooms and the private washer/dryer combo are located on the main floor. The first guest bedroom has a twin bed plus a twin over full bunk and a private ensuite bath. The second guest bedroom has a king bed and a full bathroom with a step-in tub/shower combo. The bathroom has shared hallway access and a privacy door. The spacious top level primary suite comes equipped with a cozy king bed, large walk-in closet, a workspace and a bright en suite bathroom equipped with a step in tub/shower combo and large vanity with plenty of space for two.
The garage is located on the ground level and has secure parking for one vehicle along with ample storage for ski and outdoor equipment. For reference, the unit is on the third floor (top level) and is accessed by an open-air staircase. *This property allows a max of 2 vehicles per reservation*
Skiing, hiking and biking trails are steps outside the door with easy access to all activities offered throughout Telluride and Mountain Village! Ski access is a convenient 300 yard walk to The Meadows Ski Run located at the base of Chondola (Lift 1) and Sunshine Express (Lift 10).
Three FREE seasonal transportation services offered throughout Mountain Village makes getting around convenient and hassle-free. 1) Chondola (winter only) “hybrid ski lift/gondola car” for skiers or non-skiers which takes you to the heart of Mountain Village where you can hop on the Gondola down into the town of Telluride or to Town Hall Plaza, which boasts a market and coffee shop. 2) Dial-A-Ride is a call away, and they will take you anywhere in Mountain Village. 3) Local Bus Shuttle Service stops at the bus stop at the entrance of the Outlaws complex and takes you to Town Hall Plaza with additional stops throughout Mountain Village, all of which access the core of Mountain Village and the free Gondola to the town of Telluride.
