Enjoy this all-new upscale condo in the heart of St. Augustine Beach and just a 2 minute walk to the sand! Oceans 13 is newly constructed and sits above shops along the Golden Mile strip of St. Augustine Beach, where you can walk to numerous local eateries, coffee shops, and bars, as well as the St. John’s Pier and Mini-golf. Two bedroom suites provide privacy and also balconies with ocean views, sunrises, and sunsets! Walk across the street in the morning to Beachside Diner for some breakfast. Or make your own coffee and breakfast "at home" and sit on the balcony while watching the beach neighborhood wake up on lazy summer mornings. Pick up a few beach chairs provided alongside the outdoor shower downstairs and then head to the walk on beach access just a few steps away. Beautiful and wide St. Augustine Beach is popular for surfing, fishing, swimming, and is great for observing wildlife, natural dunes, and the ever-changing landscape created by the tides. A short, evening stroll will take you to the pier, less than a mile away, where you can take in a free concert or cast a fishing pole.
Oceans 13 Condo C is thoughtfully furnished with all new furniture and decorated with a beachy nautical decor for you comfort and enjoyment. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all you need to cook and serve your own meals. Beds are outfitted with crisp, white linens, and bathrooms are supplied with soft, white towels and start up bath amenities. Beach towels are provided and laundry machines are conveniently located in the unit.
**PET POLICY: Only small, non-shedding dogs are permitted, and must be approved by management PRIOR to booking. You must inquire with the number, weight, and breed to get approval before you book as some breed and size restrictions apply. A pet fee will be required upon approval. Only small, non-shedding dogs.

Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.
