The 200 sqm villa is ideal for 12 people. Eucalyptus trees and Mediterranean scrubland frame the property and guarantee total privacy throughout. The villa consists of two floors. Upper floor: Large finely decorated living area with living room, dining area and wonderful fully equipped kitchen, with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, air conditioning, Wifi system. In front of the living area there is a large covered veranda facing the swimming pool: the ideal place to relax in the shade, roast and enjoy the finely furnished outdoor area with barbecue and wood-fired oven for pizzas. In front of the veranda the swimming pool provides an oasis of privacy for sunbathing or simply relaxing.
