The villa of 400m² is ideal for 10/12 people. Villa Janas is a luxurious and large villa, the ideal place to spend a pleasant holiday in total relaxation in a property of about 1000 m² with a large patio and a swimming pool with emerald green water. The villa consists of two floors. Villa Janas has inside 4 huge bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom, extra beds, outdoor shower, covered verandas and a spectacular view over the valley that slopes down to the sea. All rooms are equipped with private bathroom, hairdryer, heat pumps / air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, mini fridge, desk. Inside: • large living area finely decorated with living room, dining area and equipped kitchen, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, air conditioning, Wifi unlimited. • in front of the living area there is a large veranda facing the pool: the ideal place to relax in the shade, roasting and outdoor living. • In front of the veranda the pool provides an oasis of privacy for sunbathing or simply relaxing. Supplements: (on request) BEACH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED. WE CAN HAVE THEM ON REQUEST WITH AN ADDITION OF 10 EURO per person per stay. • Any periodic cleaning (on request) must be paid separately (15 €/hour). • Bed linen and towels (€ 15 per person for each change in addition to the weekly change already included in the price). A security deposit of 500 euros to be paid on arrival in cash. The deposit will be refunded upon departure provided that the house has not been damaged and is returned in order. It is allowed to ’host or maintainer to enter for maintenance of facilities • Confirmation of check-in time at least 3 days before arrival The rent will be based on the number of people indicated at the time of booking.
