- This property offers step-free entry to the lower level, which has multiple bedrooms and bathrooms; however, stairs are required to access the main living area and kitchen on the main floor
- The indoor gas fireplaces will be turned off for the season from April 15th to October 15th
- The property supplies a starter kit of shampoo/body wash in each bathroom, a few kitchen trash bags, toilet paper in each bathroom, a couple of laundry detergent packets, a dishwashing liquid soap, one paper towel roll, a few dishwasher detergent packets, and Keurig K-Cups. Please bring any additional items that you may need
- The property supplies 1 full propane tank for the grill for about 7 nights. It is recommended that guests bring additional propane if more may be needed
- Firewood is not provided; it's recommended that guests purchase their own
- The cabin is located in Sevierville, an area known for its mountainous terrain. Please be prepared for mountain driving. Roads to the cabin are relatively flat, but the last section leading to the cabin is a steeper grade, and we highly recommend 4WD or snow chains for winter stays
