The house has an area of 110sqm. and consists of 3 large bedrooms, a large living room with kitchen, 2 bathrooms. a terrace in front of the sea very large livable.
All rooms are tastefully and practically furnished. The terrace is definitely the highlight of the house, as it allows you to enjoy your holiday outdoors and not locked inside a flat. Dinners and breakfasts in the open air, with the sunset over the sea as a choreography, will be unforgettable.

A short distance from the wonderful Lido of Alghero, our flat is a prestigious solution close to the magnificent beach of Lido. The sea with its white sand is a 5-minute walk away. Its location near the sea is practically spectacular, and makes the house an ideal solution for those who, in addition to the sea, do not want to give up living in the city centre.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Electricity will be charged the last day of your stay 0,50€kwh in order to prevent waste of power and pay the effective use of it. We kindly ask you to Switch-Off Air Conditioning and lights when not at home in order to improve sustainability, save cost and preserve the environment.
- For stays longer than one week, service and cleaning costs will be calculated per day and must be paid in cash upon arrival.

- The deposit is non-refundable in case of bad behavior during the vacation, house left overly dirty, and in case the garbage was not taken to the appropriate recycling bins.
